Employees also want to “set a minimum wage for all roles and benchmark pay across the office.” This is a “common problem among employees of similar seniority and experience level.”<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cStructural issues exist in every workplace, and the goal of this campaign is above all to uplift the profession as a whole,\u201d said a member of the bargaining unit.
